Qualifications

• Front-line IT/support experience or related role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across IT, HR, and business operations.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications and ticketing systems.
• Customer-focused and proactive with good problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employees and stakeholders seeking support with IT, HR, and business applications.
• Resolve requests via phone, chat, and ticketing system, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to subject matter experts while minimizing business disruption.
• Build relationships with field personnel and corporate teams to support continuity.
• Use internal tools to address and resolve needs accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrate understanding of Kiewit’s operations to prioritize critical issues.
• Maintain compliance and document process exceptions for leadership review.
• Maintain reliable attendance and professional responsiveness in a high-volume environment.
