CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Technology Strategy and Program Governance to shape the multi-year tech roadmap and governance framework across Meritain Health and payer solutions within the CVS Health ecosystem.

You will drive investment prioritization, portfolio management, and executive reporting while partnering with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver measurable business impact and customer value in a large, complex organization.

Formación

• Requires 10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy and organization-wide planning.
• 10+ years partnering with senior technology and business executives to influence investment priorities and operating model.
• 8+ years creating executive presentations, board materials, and leadership communications.
• 5+ years collaborating across software engineering, architecture, product management, and operations to drive alignment.
• Experience in healthcare, payer, or Fortune 100 technology organizations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define multi-year technology strategy, executive roadmap, and investment priorities with business cases for leadership and board.
• Lead the technology organization's operating rhythm, governance, planning, and executive communications.
• Oversee technology portfolio governance, capital planning, and strategic initiatives to align investments with priorities.
• Drive accountability by monitoring delivery performance, risks, and portfolio health for executive leadership.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Finance, HR, and business units to strengthen effectiveness and transformation outcomes.
