Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Lead Director, Technology Strategy and Program Governance to shape the multi-year strategy and governance for Meritain Health and payer solutions within the CVS Health ecosystem.

In this role, you will partner with senior technology and business leaders, oversee portfolio governance and financial stewardship, and drive transformation initiatives that improve client outcomes and operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years shaping enterprise technology strategy and operating models.
• Experience influencing senior technology and business executives on priorities and investments.
• Proven ability to deliver governance, reporting, and transparency at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Lead technology organization operating rhythm including planning reviews and executive forums.
• Oversee portfolio governance, capital planning, and financial management.
• Monitor delivery, risks, dependencies, and portfolio health for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Finance, HR, and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
