CFS is seeking a full-desk Technology Recruiter to build and expand a Houston-based book of business, developing long-standing relationships with IT professionals and placing talent in direct hire and contract roles.

You’ll source candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with clients to become their trusted staffing advisor, while enjoying a compensation plan with salary, uncapped commissions, bonuses, ESOP ownership, and a hybrid work arrangement after training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technology sales or staffing.
• Proven track record of closing deals.
• Able to communicate with all levels in an organization.
• Strong networking via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow client base for technology staffing.
• Source and recruit IT candidates; interview; reference checks.
• Present candidates to clients and manage relationships.
• Grow the technology staffing division.
