Creative Financial Staffing, LLC (CFS) is seeking a Tech Recruiter to build and expand a CT-based tech staffing book of business, develop long-standing relationships with IT professionals, and place candidates in direct hire and contract roles.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales or staffing, loves the hunt, and can communicate at all levels. Hybrid work, competitive compensation, and ESOP benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or staffing.
• Tech sales/staffing experience is a huge plus.
• Loves sales—the thrill of the hunt and closing deals.
• Ability to communicate at all levels in an organization.
• Treats work like own business; driven and competitive.
• Good sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: grow client base, sell tech staffing services, secure job orders.
• Placement: match candidates to client needs and maintain relationships.
• Grow the Technology staffing division.
