Job summary

CFS in Farmington, CT is seeking a Technology Recruiter to build and expand our client base, develop relationships with IT professionals, and recruit for direct hire and contract roles in our brand-new office.

You will match qualified candidates to client needs, maintain relationships, and help grow the Technology staffing division with a base salary, uncapped commission, and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or staffing.
• Tech sales/staffing experience is a huge plus.
• Ability to communicate at all levels in an organization.
• Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Loves sales and closing deals.
• Good sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Establish and grow your client base by selling technology staffing services; cold and warm calls; in-person meetings; build trusted advisor relationship.
• Placement: Match qualified candidates to fulfill client needs and present qualified candidates; maintain contact with clients and IT professionals.
• Grow the Technology staffing division.
