Qualifications

• Proven success in staffing agency business development with contract staffing or a strong blend of contract + direct hire in IT/Engineering space.
• Track record of winning direct-to-client business and building a repeatable pipeline.
• Comfort being boots on the ground: sourcing, client visits, and closing deals.
• Desire and ability to lead a small team while maintaining a personal production desk.

Responsibilities

• Win new direct client relationships for Technology/Engineering staffing services.
• Drive and close job orders; build a strong, repeatable pipeline.
• Sell contract staffing and/or a mix of contract + direct hire solutions.
• Handle contract staffing economics: bill/pay rates, margins, and negotiations.
• Conduct client meetings/visits and be hands-on with accounts.
