Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an Associate Director, Business Development in Los Angeles for IT agency staffing. The role focuses on generating sales, developing client relationships, and working with recruiters to fill orders.

Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commission; location is hybrid with in-office Tuesdays and half day Wednesdays. Salary range listed is $100,000–$110,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3-5+ years experience in technology sales or staffing required.
• Active member of the IT community, networking groups a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
• Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Conduct prospecting activities via calls, emails, social media and meetings.
• Utilize Bullhorn to log activity and manage a book of business.
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions.
