AT&T is seeking a Lead Technical Sourcing Manager to drive end-to-end sourcing for cloud, AI/ML, IoT, and automation. You will shape strategy, select suppliers, and negotiate contracts to enable cross-functional programs.

You will balance cost, risk, and compliance while guiding executive decisions and collaborating with business units to deliver measurable outcomes. This role requires leadership and data-driven insight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sourcing experience in cloud, AI/ML, or IoT.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
• Experience leading large sourcing initiatives with business impact.
• Strong data-driven decision making and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for emerging technologies that align to roadmaps.
• Lead supplier selection activities with market research and stakeholder alignment.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier agreements for favorable terms.
• Own ongoing supplier management including performance reviews and security controls.
• Provide cost analysis and risk assessments to inform executive decisions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage sourcing risks for compliance.
