The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end sourcing activities within IT and technology environments and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle sourcing activities related to technology procurement
• Conduct due diligence on software vendors, including contract review and analysis
• Extract and document key contract details for internal review processes
• Coordinate submissions to architecture and evaluation teams
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define vendor selection criteria
• Manage vendor vetting, selection, and onboarding activities
• Support and execute RFP processes for technology-related solutions
• Assist with vendor negotiations and procurement strategy initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or IT sourcing
• Strong background in technology procurement and software vendor management
• Experience reviewing and managing software contracts
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
