The company provides electrical, industrial, safety, and related solutions through a nationwide network of locally operated businesses serving contractor, commercial, industrial, and utility customers. This consultant will support enterprise hiring initiatives across software engineering, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, ERP platforms, data & analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital product organizations.

Engagement Overview

This contract consulting opportunity (6-12 months) is designed for an experienced technical sourcer who understands modern technology and can build credible relationships with software engineers, cybersecurity professionals, cloud and ERP specialists, data experts, product leaders, and technology executives. The business combines the scale and resources of a global enterprise with the market knowledge, customer relationships, and entrepreneurial culture of established local operating companies.

The consultant will partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition Managers to identify difficult-to-find talent and develop sustainable pipelines for current and future needs. The technology agenda spans omnichannel customer experiences, enterprise applications, data and insights, cybersecurity, automation, supply chain modernization, and tools that improve associate productivity and customer service.

• Build long-term relationships with passive technical talent.
• Present qualified candidate pipelines and talent insights to stakeholders.
