Heartland Technology Group is seeking a Sales Associate who will work directly with customers to understand their business operations and educate them on how Heartland IT solutions can add value to their organization.

You will gain understanding of Heartland Business Systems sales practices, support Solutions Consultants, and collaborate with the Sales team to prospect new business while developing professional skills on the job and building relationships with customers at various levels of

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in sales, business, IT, or related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA
• Maintain an outcome focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of Heartland Technology Group sales practices, as well as knowledge about our services and solutions.
• Provide support to Solutions Consultants, Business Development, Marketing and Inside Sales Representatives.
• Work with Sales team to prospect new business through leads and collaboration with colleagues to exceed goals.
• Develop your professional skills through on-the-job learning.
• Develop the ability to build relationships with customers at varying levels of seniority.
• Assist all levels of Sales team with projects as assigned.
