Heartland Business Systems is seeking a Sales Associate to work directly with customers, understand their operations, and educate them on how Heartlands IT solutions can add value. You will support the Sales team, learn Heartland’s practices, and contribute to reaching team goals.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, IT, or related field with strong GPA and professional demeanor. This role promotes growth and collaboration within a leading Midwest technology VAR.

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, IT, or related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of Heartland Business Systems sales practices, as well as knowledge about our services and solutions.
• Provide support to Solutions Consultants, Business Development, Marketing and Inside Sales Representatives.
• Work with Sales team to prospect new business through leads and collaboration with colleagues to exceed goals.
• Develop your professional skills through on-the-job learning.
• Develop the ability to build relationships with customers at varying levels of seniority.
• Assist all levels of Sales team with projects as assigned.
