Zibiz Corporation, a Hauppauge-based technology company, seeks a dependable Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Specialist. This role blends shipping with inventory, quality inspection and ERP processing in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

The job emphasizes accuracy, organization, and attention to detail over heavy physical work; comes with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, inventory, warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience using an ERP, warehouse management or inventory system is highly desirable.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and verify part numbers and quantities.
• Carefully pack technical products for shipment and prepare labels and documentation.
• Process shipments and maintain records in the ERP system; assist with cycle counts.
• Receive incoming goods, verify documentation, inspect for damage, and record transactions.
• Perform visual quality checks and report nonconforming products; maintain inspection records.
• Enter inventory transactions into ERP; generate routine reports and maintain procedures.
• Maintain organized warehouse locations and support a small, professional team.
