Job summary

Zibiz Corporation in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a Technical Warehouse & Quality Associate to join our team. The role focuses on quality inspection, light product testing, ERP processing, and order fulfillment in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

You will handle shipping, receiving, inventory, and documentation using Excel and ERP systems while learning product specifics and quality requirements. Training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform normal light warehouse and material-handling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing technical products.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, labeling and product configuration.
• Perform basic product testing following established procedures.
• Identify and report quality issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain inspection and testing records.
• Learn company products and quality requirements.
• Pick and prepare customer orders.
• Carefully pack technical products for shipment.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Process customer shipments in ERP system.
• Enter pick tickets, receiving and shipping transactions into ERP.
• Verify order information before shipment.
• Prepare shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate transaction and inventory records.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word and other business software.
• Prepare basic reports and records.
• Follow written quality and operating procedures.
• Assist with updating work instructions and documentation.
