Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Technical Services Support Specialist focused on Property & Recording to resolve client issues with SQL, HTML, XML and related technologies. The role blends data analysis with problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

This position operates 8am–5pm EDT with in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday, offering collaboration with a cross-functional team and ongoing product knowledge expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of database structures and SQL.
• Experience with HTML, XSL, XML; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolves client inquiries and issues promptly; communicates closure via email/phone.
• Uses and programs SQL to resolve basic to moderate issues.
• Documents and records all client interactions in designated client management systems.
• Manages open calls by prioritizing issues per published policies.
• Escalates to senior team member when beyond ability and needs assistance.
• Identifies and meets service measurements daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Collaborates with other teams, departments and divisions on issues pertaining to Tyler software apps.
• May contribute to company knowledge library.
• May conduct training for end-users, virtual or in-person.
• May participate in User Group meetings and activities.
• Follows Tyler Technologies policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
