Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Software Support Representative to assist clients with using and understanding our software products. You will troubleshoot, analyze data, and coordinate testing to resolve easy-to-moderate issues.

This hybrid role requires weekend work (Saturday/Sunday) with flexibility to work Friday or Monday, and a focus on delivering timely, professional client support across channels.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s preferred.
• One year of customer service/technical support experience required.
• Exceptional customer service aptitude.
• Experience in a high-volume call center preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment to resolve issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Decision-making and problem-solving for basic to moderate issues.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Analytical ability in a technical environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of database structures (fields, tables, views).
• Familiarity with legal terms is desired.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, browsers, and OS.
• Knowledge of software development tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide inbound phone, chat, or email software support to resolve easy-to-moderate client inquiries and problems.
• Record all details and progress in incident tracking systems.
• Communicate with clients and teammates to manage expectations.
• Provide limited hardware and operating system support.
• Perform QA testing for software module upgrades/changes.
• May provide training to client end-users via webinar.
• Create or enhance documentation throughout the support process.
• Contribute to the company knowledge library and Tyler Community.
• May participate in User Group meetings and activities.
• Commit to expanding technological skills and knowledge of Tyler products.
