Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of incoming customer inquiries promptly and efficiently through unscripted telephone and email conversations.
• Resolve inquiries regarding login, billing, technical problems, service questions, and general concerns.
• Document customer contacts and maintain records in CRM.
• Identify causes of problems quickly and apply appropriate solutions.
• Review documents for regulatory compliance and handle sensitive information securely.
• Provide accurate information to meet customer needs and achieve satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures with supervision.
• Offer timely feedback to supervisors regarding customer challenges.
