Qualifications

• Experience in associate software support or similar systems knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities for basic to moderate issues.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of database structures and related technologies appreciated.
• Willingness to travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides inbound phone, web or email software support to resolve easy-moderate client inquiries and problems effectively and efficiently.
• Analyzes data reports, forms, and web technologies.
• Communicates with all parties involved in issue resolution to meet client expectations.
• Uses client management system to track and update details of client issues.
• May assist with writing estimates for software modification specifications and documentation.
• May submit client issues to development team for resolution.
• Performs QA testing for software upgrades and verifies performance.
• May provide training to client end-users via webinar.
• Creates or enhances documentation and contributes to knowledge libraries.
