Tyler Technologies is seeking a Software Support Specialist for its Data & Insights Solutions team. You will unblock stuck clients, diagnose complex issues, and craft clear, helpful responses while documenting solutions for colleagues.

In this role you will triage tickets, collaborate with engineers, and support data-sharing programs across government agencies. A consultative, analytical mindset and strong communication are essential, with remote work flexibility across time zones.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into solutions.
• Proficient with contemporary online applications and able to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience with web development concepts and programming language syntax to troubleshoot queries (SQL/Python a plus).
• Basic knowledge of data concepts and database structures such as tables, views, and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Deep dive on client-reported blockers to identify workarounds and test solutions.
• Troubleshoot ETL pipelines and data schemas to help clients solve business problems.
• Assist clients in shaping and formatting data for analysis and visualizations.
• Leverage product expertise in meetings to inform high-level and use-case driven discussions.
• Help clients develop solutions using platform APIs with various languages.
• Maintain a knowledge base and collaborate with product owners on documentation.
• Use knowledge base to teach clients to self-serve and create reusable content.
• Provide Tier II support for Data & Insights solutions and coordinate with other divisions.
