Tyler Technologies is seeking a Software Support Specialist for Data & Insights Solutions to help clients deploy and optimize cloud-based data platforms.

You will work remotely with government agencies, triaging tickets, crafting clear guidance, and collaborating with engineers to resolve issues and improve documentation. This role emphasizes analytical thinking, proactive communication, and customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Understand technical concepts and problems, not just translate them.
• Proficient with contemporary online applications and able to learn new technologies quickly.
• Able to command a broad range of cloud-based software behaviors and functionality.
• Basic SQL or Python knowledge to troubleshoot queries.
• Understanding of data concepts, databases, fields, tables, and views.

Responsibilities

• Deep dive on client-reported blockers to identify workarounds and test solutions.
• Troubleshoot ETL pipelines and data schemas to help clients solve business problems.
• Help clients shape and format data for analysis and visualizations.
• Participate in meetings using product expertise to inform use cases.
• Assist clients in developing solutions with platform APIs and languages.
• Maintain knowledge base and collaborate with product owners on documentation.
