Harpak-ULMA Packaging, LLC is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead and support the North America service organization for ULMA Flow, Stretch, and Vertical packaging equipment. You will drive customer satisfaction, technician performance, and operational excellence while mentoring a skilled team of technicians.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technicians or service professionals.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with automated industrial equipment and controls systems.
• Working knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel throughout North America.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain US passport.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the technical services team across North America.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Provide performance reviews, audits, and coaching for technicians.
• Ensure responsive, professional, and effective customer support.
• Monitor utilization, service effectiveness, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate field dispatches and support to technicians.
