Job summary

Harpak-ULMA Packaging, LLC seeks a Technical Services Manager for North America. Lead the service team supporting ULMA Flow, Stretch, and Vertical packaging systems, ensuring top-tier customer support and rapid issue resolution across the installed base.

You will mentor technicians, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with factory partners to implement product upgrades and service offerings. Travel ~20% across NA is required.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in electrical or mechanical fields.
• 3+ years leading technicians in manufacturing.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting automated equipment and controls systems.
• Working knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel across North America.
• Valid driver's license and U.S. passport eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Technical Services Team across North America.
• Ensure exceptional customer support and issue resolution.
• Monitor operations, performance and reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with ULMA factory teams on corrective actions.
• Support new products, technology upgrades, and service offerings.
