Job summary

Los Angeles Film School seeks an IT Specialist to provide timely support for students, faculty, and staff. The role covers troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, configuring workstations, and maintaining lab environments to ensure reliable day‑to‑day operations.

Responsibilities include ticket triage, imaging, Intune/JAMF configuration, inventory management, and documentation updates. Candidates should have AD experience and certifications such as CompTIA A+.

Qualifications

Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
Experience supporting users and systems within a domain environment.

Responsibilities

Self-assign tickets from the queue and troubleshoot them.
Support student technology issues, including network connectivity.
Support staff and faculty workstations and laptops, including hardware/software deployment and network connectivity.
Manage on-site lab workstations, including image deployment and software maintenance.
Prepare workstations and laptops, configure via Intune & JAMF, install software.
Maintain IT equipment inventory.
Communicate system issues with IT Manager and escalate as needed.
Contribute to and maintain documentation in the knowledgebase.
