Micro Center is hiring a Service Experience Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers at the Knowledge Bar. You will blend basic technical understanding with strong interpersonal skills to guide service intake, recommend actions, and ensure confidence in the repair process.

This entry-level role offers performance-based pay and commission opportunities, with base pay starting at $15/hour and a current range of $18-$25 plus SPIFFs, reflecting strong earning potential for delivering

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior technical experience required.
• Experience in customer-facing commissioned sales, hospitality, or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in or scheduled customers at the Knowledge Bar.
• Explain service options and guide customers to appropriate solutions.
• Present and upsell services like PriorityCare+, Data Backup, and ESET.
• Clearly communicate pricing and timelines at check-in.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and route work orders to the correct queues.
• Process service and POS transactions accurately and completely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready workspace.
