Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC seeks a seasoned IT security consultant to partner with business and IT leaders, assess current-state environments, identify risks, and craft practical roadmaps that improve security, reliability, and end-user experience.

Working with Sales and engineering, you will lead structured discovery using Impact’s BTA approach and translate findings into a clear managed services program aligned to client outcomes and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT and/or cybersecurity with progression to leadership.
• Ability to lead discovery and translate complexity for executives.
• Strong knowledge across networking, Windows/Linux, identity, backup/DR.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with executives and technical stakeholders.
• Own the BTA direction: data collection, findings validation, remediation roadmap.
• Translate findings into client-ready options with scope and outcomes.
• Design managed services across infra, endpoints, cloud, identity, backup/DR, security.
• Partner with delivery teams to define responsibilities and onboarding.
• Scope SOC-backed security services and align workflows and reporting.
• Create proposals, SOWs, and solution docs for accurate delivery.
• Support sales with technical win plans and executive reviews.
• Share knowledge to enable sales and delivery teams.
