Job summary

Impact is seeking a seasoned IT and cybersecurity consultant to partner with business and IT leaders to assess current-state environments and develop actionable roadmaps that improve security, reliability, and the end-user experience. You will lead discovery, translate findings into practical recommendations, and shape managed services programs aligned to client outcomes and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT and/or cybersecurity.
• Ability to translate technical findings to executive audiences.
• Experience in managed services or consulting environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with executive and technical stakeholders.
• Own the technical direction of the BTA: coordinate data collection and remediation roadmap.
• Translate findings into client-ready recommendations with clear options and scope.
• Design managed services solutions across infrastructure, endpoint, cloud, identity, backup/DR, and security.
• Partner with delivery teams to validate feasibility and set onboarding expectations.
• Position and scope SOC-backed security services and align response workflows.
