Job summary

ServiceTitan is looking for a Sales Development Representative in Plano, TX to be the first point of contact in our sales process, qualifying prospects, conducting discovery calls, and scheduling product demonstrations to set up Account Executives for success.

If you live within 40 miles of our offices, you will work onsite 1–2 days per week. We offer comprehensive training, a fast-growing team, and generous learning opportunities to accelerate your sales career.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of corporate experience; recent grads welcome.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Coachable with a desire to learn and grow in sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls and emails).
• Qualify leads, conduct discovery, and schedule demos for Account Executives.
• Master our sales methodology and tech stack.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop winning sales plans.
• Learn from coaching and feedback to improve skills.
