Job summary

Encore in Orlando is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support shipping, receiving, QC, and inventory management using modern WMS and IoT devices.

You will operate forklifts, AGVs, RF scanners, and labeling systems, perform safety training, and uphold 5S standards in a fast-paced environment. The role requires lifting 50+ lbs and teamwork. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience with modern technologies.
• Proficient in operating warehouse equipment and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform warehouse tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Process receiving, shipping, and labeling of products using WMS.
• Perform quality checks using AI-driven defect detection and inspections.
• Maintain accurate inventory with real-time tracking and IoT devices.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, AGVs, and pallet jacks.
• Follow safety practices and 5S housekeeping standards.
