Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support shipping/receiving, quality control, inventory management, and related logistics tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role reports to the Supervisor or Manager of Warehouse Operations and requires familiarity with WMS, RF scan tech, and safe handling of goods.

You will operate warehouse equipment, participate in safety trainings, implement 5S practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience with exposure to modern warehouse technologies.
• Proficient in operating warehouse equipment and safety protocols.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform tasks with ergonomic care.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound/outbound orders using WMS, including receiving, shipping and labeling.
• Perform quality control and inventory management with IoT-assisted tools.
• Operate warehouse equipment and follow safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain 5S practices and support eco-friendly warehouse procedures.
• Assist customer service and cross-functional teams as needed.
