Job summary

Encore is seeking a Warehouse Technician (WO) in Coppell, Texas to support warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and inventory management. You will work with WMS, RFID, and IoT-driven systems to ensure accurate stock and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience with modern technology.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Process receiving, shipping, and labeling using WMS.
• Perform QA with AI defect detection and random checks.
• Maintain inventory with real-time tracking and IoT devices.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Uphold safety standards and HazCom compliance.
• Support 5S housekeeping and preventive maintenance.
