Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and quality control within a modern warehouse. The role emphasizes operating WMS, leveraging AI defect detection, and maintaining accurate, real-time inventory using IoT devices.

You will work with forklifts and other equipment, adhering to safety standards and lean practices. The position requires a High School diploma or GED and 1+ years in a warehouse setting with familiarity of current warehouse

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.
1+ years of warehouse experience with exposure to modern warehouse technologies.
Demonstrated proficiency in operating warehouse equipment and safety protocols.
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform warehouse tasks following ergonomic guidelines.

Responsibilities

Process receiving, shipping, and labeling of products using WMS.
Perform quality control using AI-driven defect detection and random inspections.
Manage inventory with real-time tracking and IoT devices.
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Adhere to HazCom and OSHA safety standards and maintain clean, organized workspaces.
