Job summary

Encore is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support shipment/receiving operations, QA checks, and inventory control in a modern warehouse. You will work with WMS to process orders, use RF scanners and RFID tech, and operate AGVs or traditional equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year warehouse experience, and ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience with exposure to modern technologies.
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform tasks following ergonomic guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process receiving, shipping, and labeling using WMS with accuracy.
• Handle inbound/outbound orders and inventory control with real-time tracking.
• Perform safety checks and follow OSHA practices and HazCom compliance.
• Maintain 5S workspace and support preventive maintenance of equipment.
