Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service environments.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction and present thoughtful product recommendations.
Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple and assist with follow-through.
