Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (Nov–Dec).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Completion of four-day NHU training within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and support account reviews during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive guest experience.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations based on guest needs.
