Job summary

Victra is seeking a Part-time Sales Support Representative in the United States to deliver world-class service and support the sales process. You will assist with account reviews, product recommendations, merchandising, and maintaining a positive in-store experience for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational functions.
