Job summary

Victra in the United States is seeking a Part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service in a fast-paced retail store. You will assist customers, support account reviews, merchandise, keep store clean, and help guests find the right products and services.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service experience, be comfortable working evenings and weekends, and be at least 18. Training is provided, and you will complete NHU within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Proven ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers and customer queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through friendly assistance.
• Create personal connections with guests and assist with follow-through.
