Job summary

Victra is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to join our retail team in the United States. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and create an excellent guest experience in-store.

Responsibilities include assisting with account reviews, merchandising, and delivering top-tier customer service during busy periods. Training is provided to set you up for success from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product/service recommendations.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
