Job summary

Victra is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to join our retail team. You will support store operations, assist guests, and help with product recommendations, merchandising, and data transfers to ensure a seamless in-store experience.

You will deliver outstanding service, build personal connections, and collaborate with store leaders during peak periods. Prior retail/customer service experience and the ability to work evenings and weekends are preferred, with training provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service environment.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, merchandise, data transfers, and guest queue triage during busy times.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational duties.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations to meet guest needs.
• Create personal connections to simplify tech for guests.
