Verizon Retail Sales Associate position in our onsite stores offers a pathway to grow your career within a dynamic technology-focused environment. You will engage customers, identify needs, and present top-down solutions, while advancing through ongoing training in merchandising and inventory control.

You can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, with potential to earn up to $18,000 annually in commissions if sales targets are hit, plus additional performance-based bonuses and benefits

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts to earn more income.

Responsabilidades

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base via outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
