Verizon is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in a U.S. store. You will drive retail sales by combining technology knowledge with outstanding customer service, uncover customer needs, and present top-down solutions.

Expect ongoing training, community engagement, and opportunities to grow your customer base through outreach. You can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour plus commissions up to $18,000/year based on performance, with total earnings potentially reaching $65,000–$75,500+ annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Open to picking up additional shifts, especially during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and strong customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by building connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and recommendations for a complete solution.
• Close sales with excellent communication to meet customer needs.
• Participate in training and upskill in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Possibly reach new customers via outbound calls/texts to existing Verizon customers.
