Job summary

Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow career potential in a dynamic store environment. You will generate retail sales using technology passion, identify customer needs, and present complete top-down solutions.

You’ll learn, train, and advance through merchandising and inventory tasks while expanding the customer base through calls and events. The role offers base pay $16.00–$21.00 per hour with annual commissions up to $18,000, plus potential top-end incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Openness to pick up extra shifts.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by creating connections and asking questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide a complete sales solution.
• Close sales through strong communication to meet customer needs with tech solutions.
• Grow through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Outreach to current Verizon customers via calls/texts to grow select base.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events to expand loyal customers.
