Job summary

Verizon seeks a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow your career in our store. You will use a passion for technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network and help customers find the right solutions.

You can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Top performers could make an extra $14,500 or more, totaling $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Open to taking extra shifts, especially peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales using strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and upskilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow your customer base by contacting current Verizon customers with outbound calls and texts.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events to expand loyalty.
