Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow sales in one of our stores. You will use technology passion and customer service to expand the Verizon network, uncover needs, and provide complete top-down solutions.

Expect to earn $16.00–$21.00 per hour plus up to $18,000 yearly in commissions; top performers can reach $65,000–$75,500 annually. Benefits start day one, including health, 401(k) matching, and education support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known 4 weeks in advance).
• Open to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, especially summer and peak vacation periods.
• Experience in a commission-based environment is a plus; strong sales and customer service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Grow your customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
