Job summary

Verizon is seeking a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate to grow career potential and drive sales in one of our retail stores. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, uncover needs, and present complete tech solutions while continually training and advancing in merchandising and inventory roles.

Compensation includes $16.00–$21.00 per hour base pay with potential for up to $18,000 annually in commissions, plus performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Open to picking up additional shifts, especially peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging technology and customer service to grow Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by connecting and asking questions.
• Present product insights and recommendations for top-down solutions.
• Close sales with effective communication to meet customer needs.
• Continue development through training and cross-functional exposure to merchandising/inventory.
• Grow customer base with outbound calls and texts to existing Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon events.
