Job summary

Verizon is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow your career in one of our retail stores. You will generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and exceptional customer service, while learning customers’ needs and providing top-down solutions.

You can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 yearly in commissions if goals are met. Top performers may earn $75,000+ annually. This is an onsite, full-time role with extensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods.
• Experience in a commission-based environment is a plus.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by asking questions and building connections.
• Position product insights and recommendations for a complete top-down solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and cross-functional activities.
• Grow customer base via outbound calls and texts to Verizon customers.
