Verizon Communications is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow sales and deliver excellent customer service in one of our stores. You’ll engage customers, uncover needs, and propose complete, technology-driven solutions.

You can earn base pay of $16.00–$21.00 per hour plus up to $18,000 yearly in commissions if goals are met, with top performers potentially reaching $65,000–$75,500 annually. Benefits start day one and the team is dedicated to development and growth.

Qualifications

• One or more years of relevant experience is required, demonstrated through work or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with top-down solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop skills through ongoing training in merchandising and inventory.
