Job summary

Verizon Communications seeks a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate to grow sales in a retail environment. You will engage customers, uncover needs, and present complete tech solutions while building relationships and driving revenue.

You can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 yearly in commissions if goals are met. Top performers may reach $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually, with compensation varying by location and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts to earn more income.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by applying passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn customers' needs by connecting with them and asking the right questions.
• Recommend product insights and complete top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales using effective communication to meet customer needs.
• Grow skills through training and perform merchandising and inventory tasks.
• Possibly reach out to current Verizon customers with outbound calls/texts.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events to expand the customer base.
