Job summary

Verizon Retail is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in our store. You will drive sales by applying your passion for technology and delivering excellent customer service, uncover customer needs, and present complete solutions.

You’ll close sales with strong communication and participate in training, merchandising, and inventory. Compensation includes base pay of $16–$21/hour plus commissions up to $18,000 annually, with top performers earning $65,000–$75,500+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow your customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon-sponsored events.
