Compensation includes base pay from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour plus up to $18,000 a year in commissions, with top performers potentially earning $65,000 to $75,500+ annually, plus comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Uncover customers' needs by connecting and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide a complete sales solution.
• Close sales using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Engage current customers with outbound calls and text messages about products and services.
• Participate in off-site events to grow the loyal customer base.
